Founded in 2016 by Charmaine Allen, Black Hair and Skin Care has come a long way from its humble beginnings in Philadelphia, PA. Charmaine started with the idea of creating a space where men/women of color could come together and talk about hair and skincare issues in 2007 when she began conducting forums and posting YouTube videos.
